  • Click on the registration link and choice your user ID and password  
  • Fill in a short profile describing your company activities and the products offered. Your profile can be changed at any time before the deadline
  • Fill in the participant profile.
  • Once your profile completed, the organizing team will be notified. If public procurers are interested in the services/products offered, we will approve your profile
  • Then you will receive an email with the link to pay the registration fees. Your registration is completed once the payment received

    • From November 28th, you will get access to the participants list (SME and public procurers). You will get information concerning the needs of the procurers registered and information about SMEs wishing to build partnerships.

Only data concerning the company activities and the position of the person to be contacted will be published. (Any personal contact details like email or direct dial number will be put online).

    • From November 28th to December 5th, you will be allowed to request individual meetings with other participants (SME and public procurers).Meeting requests must be accepted by both sides to be scheduled. 
    • On December 6th , a personalized meeting schedule will be sent to each participant ( Between 3 to 5 B2P meetings + B2B meetings)
